: Review And Maintenance Of: Lot 1.- Extinguishers And Bies Lot 2.- Fire Detection Centers In Relation To The Fire Protection Installations And Systems Of The Buildings Assigned Or Managed By Procornellà For A Period Of 3 Years From The Formalization Of The Contract. It Will Be The Object And Responsibility Of The Awarded Company To Ensure Compliance With Current Laws, Regulations And Rules. The Object Of The Contract Includes: • Preventive Maintenance. • Corrective Maintenance Resulting From The Use And Deterioration Of The Facilities. • Modifications To Be Made To Adapt The Installations To The Applicable Regulations, Especially With Regard To Royal Decree 770/2025, Which Modifies Royal Decree 513/2017, Of 22 May Approving The Regulations For Fire Protection Installations. • For These Purposes, All Maintenance Activities Must Be Adapted To The New Requirements At The Latest, Within A Period Of One Year After The Entry Into Force Of The Standard (Maximum, March 3, 2027). • The Actions Include: Personal Means, Material Means, Both Elements To Be Replaced And The Machinery And Technical Means Necessary For The Provision Of The Ordinary Maintenance And Repair Service, As Well As The Application By The Contractor Of The Security And Protection Measures Provided For In Current Regulations. • All Those Complementary Or Accessory Tasks, Whether Or Not Detailed In The Pptp That Are Necessary And Essential, For The Provision Of The Service And Correct Execution Of The Contract. • For The Purposes Of Being Able To Prepare A New Tender, 6 Months In Advance Of The Expiry Of The Contract Subject To This, It Will Be Mandatory To Deliver To Procornellà An Updated Inventory Of All The Integral Elements Of The System For Each Of The Lots: In Pdf And Editable Format. The Company That Provides The Maintenance Service Will Also Be Responsible For Controlling The Validity Dates Of The Certificates For Each Element And Performs
