The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of an X-ray unit with equipment along with the adaptation of the existing X-ray room rooms in the Emergency Department Building -
for the installation of a new X-ray machine in the X-ray room.
The subject of the order will be implemented in the following stages:
Stage I - delivery and assembly as well as initial commissioning of the X-ray machine with equipment - 1 set. and training of the Ordering Party's employees in the use of the Device
Stage II - carrying out all works and construction works in order to adapt the rooms of the X-ray laboratory located in the building of the Emergency Department WSzZ in Kielce and obtaining a positive decision allowing the use of the X-ray laboratory and the device
Package No. 1 - Task No. 2
The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of an X-ray machine with equipment, along with the adaptation of the existing rooms of the X-ray laboratory in the Neurology Building of WSzZ in Kielce - to the needs of installing a new X-ray machine in the X-ray room.
The subject of the order will be implemented in the following stages:
Stage I - delivery and assembly as well as initial commissioning of the X-ray machine with equipment - 1 set. and training of the Ordering Party's employees in the use of the Device
Stage II - carrying out all works and construction works in order to adapt the rooms of the X-ray laboratory located in the building of Neurology WSzZ in Kielce and obtaining a positive decision allowing the use of the X-ray laboratory and the device

The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of X-ray machines.
