The Supply Of An Electronic Administration Platform For The Management Of Files Through The Internet (In Saas Format) In Order To Manage The Procedures Of The City Council Of Santa Cristina D'Aro, In Compliance With The Obligations Arising From Law 39/2015, As Well As The Data For The Migration Of Data Of The Previous Platform, Its Installation And Launch, The Corresponding Training And Its Maintenance Throughout The Contract. Specifically, In Terms Of The Platform, The Supply Of Unlimited Licenses Will Be Required - Or, In Any Case, Sufficient For 130 Users - For Use Of File Management Software And Their Maintenance Throughout The Contract. This Software Is Used By All Areas Of The City Council Of Santa Cristina D'Aro, Being Necessary To Update And/Or Their Maintenance, As Well As The Resolution Of Incidents And Support For The User.
