notice_summary_english: The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of equipment and fittings as part of the implementation of the project titled: "Improvement of the operational efficiency, availability and quality of highly specialized services in the Provincial Hospital in Kielce" for the needs of the Interventional Radiology, Hemodynamics and Electrocardiology Laboratory Complex, i.e.: 1) OCT device/console - 1 set 2) Fridge for storing medications with a temperature recorder - 1 pc. 3) Contrast incubator - 2 pcs. 4) Device for coagulation with a smoke extractor - 1 set 5) Cabinet for medical equipment - 5 pcs. 6) Sliding plate for patient transfer - 3 pcs. 7) Trolley/couch for transporting patients - 2 pcs. The equipment should be brand new, not for exhibition, not for demonstration purposes. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the quantity is specified in Annexes No. 2.1-2.7 to the SWZ, respectively, to Package No. 1-7. Information regarding the principles of delivery, guarantees and remuneration is included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - draft provisions of the public procurement contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right to appropriately modify the draft provisions of the public procurement contract in the event that one contractor is awarded a public contract for more than one task in this procedure. The subject of the order must meet the requirements of the "Do No Significant Harm" (DNSH) principle, in accordance with Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of 18 June 2020. This rule applies in connection with the financing of the contract under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO). The DNSH principle means that at no stage of the order execution - from production, through delivery, use, to possible disposal - can there be serious harm to the EU's environmental goals, i.e.: 1. Mitigation of climate change, 2. Adaptation to climate change, 3. Sustainable management of water and marine resources, 4. Circular economy (Cir
