notice_summary_english: The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of equipment and supplies along with computerization infrastructure as part of the implementation of the project titled: "Equipping the Provincial Hospital in Kielce with medical equipment for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with oncological diseases" for the Central Sterilization Department, i.e.:
The procedure is divided into three packages within which Contractors may submit separate offers, i.e.:
Package 1 - Delivery of devices for the Central Sterilization Center - 1 set
Package 2 - Delivery of a Water Treatment Station (hereinafter referred to as WWTP) for the Central Sterilization Plant - 1 set.
Devices and equipment should be brand new, not for exhibition, not for demonstration purposes.
The subject of the order must meet the requirements of the "Do No Significant Harm" (DNSH) principle, in accordance with Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of 18 June 2020. This rule applies in connection with the financing of the contract under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO).
The DNSH principle means that at no stage of the order execution - from production, through delivery, use, to possible disposal - can there be any serious harm to EU environmental objectives, i.e.:
1. Mitigating climate change,
2. Adaptation to climate change,
3. Sustainable management of water and marine resources,
4. Circular economy (circular economy),
5. Pollution prevention and control,
6. Protection of biodiversity and ecosystems.
A detailed description of the subject of the order and quantity is specified in
Annex No. 2.1-2.4 to SWZ - Description of technical parameters - package 1
Annex No. 2.5 to SWZ - Description of technical parameters - package 2
Information on the principles of delivery, guarantee and remuneration is included in Annex No. 3a, 3b of the SWZ depending on the package - draft provisions of the public procurement contract.
