notice_summary_english: The subject of the order is "Successive supplies of medicinal products, specialized preparations and infant nutrition for the Provincial Hospital in Kielce, including the use of an infusion pump."
A detailed description of the subject of the order and the quantity is specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - assortment and price form.
Information regarding the principles of delivery, warranty and remuneration are included in the annexes:
• appendix r 3 to the SWZ - draft provisions of the public procurement contract on the basis of a successive contract.
• Annex No. 3a to the SWZ - draft provisions of the lending agreement in the scope of Package No. 6.
Medical devices that are the subject of the order should be understood as medical devices within the meaning of the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices.
Medicinal products constituting the subject of the order should be understood as medicinal products within the meaning of the Act of September 6, 2001 - Pharmaceutical Law. The offered medicinal products must be admitted to trading in accordance with the principles specified in Art. 3 or art. 4 section 1 and 2 or art. 4a of the Pharmaceutical Law Act.
