Participate In The Instances That Have To Do In Decision -Making In Educational Policy Reforms. Develop Scientific Methods And Analysis That Promote Reliable And Valid Results For The Proper Use Of The Results Of The Research Carried Out. Concert Strategic Alliances With Higher Education Organizations And Institutions, Both National And International, In Educational Evaluation And Research. Establish Parameters That Guide The System Of Verifiable Indicators In Educational Equity. Establish Critical Routes In The Regional Education Directions That Establish A Standardized System Belonging To Each Area, In Each District And In Different Socio -Economic Contexts. Present Annually To The Country Of The State Of Education, Advances And Challenges. Articulate With International Studies On The Indices Of Achievements In Educational Matters.
